Serving the Community

TECSIQ is dedicated to helping law enforcement, justices of the peace and municipal courts save time, money and resources so they can focus on what matters most to the community.

Law Enforcement

TECSIQ provides a solution for law enforcement officers to clear individuals with outstanding Class C misdemeanor and capias pro fine warrants. The WarrantPayIQ device gives officers options beyond arrests, and doesn’t require them to personally handle the transaction. The device does not contain any confidential data, simplifying the process by allowing individuals with outstanding warrants to handle it directly when making payments.

Justice of the Peace

TECSIQ collaborates with justices of the peace and/or its collection agency for access to local warrant databases, enabling payments of collected warrants to be directed appropriately.

TECSIQ provides customers with a dedicated merchant account to remit payments on outstanding warrants to the designated bank account of the appropriate court. Hardware, software, support, training, warranty, reporting and credit card acceptance are all the essential pieces that make up the WarrantPayIQ system. Our friendly and knowledgeable staff help by walking customers through the process from concept to completion, including a 24/7 help desk, designed to assist the offender in using the platform.

To facilitate payment, TECSIQ can work through the jurisdiction’s current collection agencies, in which case, those relationships would determine the merchant processing fee to be applied. These collection agencies can view the TECSIQ Compliance Assurance Platform as a patent-pending mobile payment technology tool available to assist in mobile collection efforts.

Municipal Courts
